Brett Barrel Aged Old Ale

Aged for 3+ years in our resident Tawny Port barrels inoculated with Brettanomyces yeast, this beer boasts notes of cherries, brett funk earthiness, bread crust, sherry, caramel and a pleasant acidity. We brewed a fresh batch to back sweeten the beer prior to packaging to give it a little bit of body and extra depth of character. Medium bodied with a low bitterness and a slightly acidic finish. Pours with a slightly amber haze and a tan head. To quote the famous beer writer Michael Jackson, “it is best to be drunk in half pints by a warm fire on a cold winter’s night”.

10 year anniversary double IPA celebrating what we loved about hoppy beers when we got into brewing. Utilizing all kinds of hop products from bittering and aroma extracts to enriched cryo pellets. This beer has a clean and assertive bitterness. Resiny, piney, citrus, tropical, and dank hop aromas and flavors. Subtle cracker malt. Medium bodied with a resiny finish. Pours light gold with a subtle haze and an off white head.

Dark Czech Lager

A traditional Czech Dark Lager (Tmavé Pivo) that shines with rich malty flavors and a smooth, balanced finish. Bread crust, and caramel notes dominate the aroma, while the taste brings layers of chocolate, bread crust, dark fruits, and a hint of nuttiness.

Elderberry & Juniper Berry Sour Ale

A tart, kettle-soured ale featuring Elderberry and Juniper Berries. Earthy, dark fruit notes with subtle floral and pine aromas offer a refreshing sweet and sour balance. Light-bodied with low bitterness. Pours a hazy red. *Brewed with wheat.

American IPA

Bursting with tropical, citrusy hops and a touch of biscuity malt, this year-round IPA balances pineapple and melon aromas with a hint of pine.

Festbier

Golden Oktoberfest Lager

Festbier is the true beverage of choice during Munich’s Oktoberfest. Similar to a Marzen only lighter in color, slightly more bitter, and lighter bodied. A double decoction is used to create a malt forward lager with toast and honey malt flavors, along with a subtle bitterness.

Tippin’ it down

E.s.b. w/ earl grey tea

Balancing chewy malts and herbal hops, an Extra Special Bitter is a British beer style that's ironically low in bitterness & all about drinkability. We infused our version w/ Earl Grey Tea to add spicy and floral notes. A perfect choice for when you can't decide between a cup o' tea or a pint o' bitter.

Premium Czech Pale Lager

Inspired by the famous beers from Pilsen, this Premium Czech lager was brewed around a base pilsner malt called Super Pevek from Troubadour Maltings out of Fort Collins, Colorado. Triple decocted and boiled for 2 hours. Moderate bready/grainy malt character, floral/spicy hops and just a hint of caramel. Medium bodied with a moderate bitterness that has a lingering malty finish. Pours a clear, deep gold with a white head.

Italian pils

Popularized by Birrificio Italiano’s Tipopils in Italy, this lager style has gained some momentum in the US. Two, separate and small dry hop additions during the lagering phase for delicate hop flavors and aromas. Honey/cracker malt flavors with a soft/spicy bitterness. Semi-sweet malt and floral, lemon, mint, spicy, herbal hop aromas. Light/medium bodied that finishes dry. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head.

Get cozy with creamy peanut butter packed with malty goodness. Dark candi sugar imparts hints of chocolate and nutty flavors for a soul-satisfying taste.

Introducing our newest year round Hazy IPA. Brewed with 2 publicly available US hop varieties Vista and Cashmere. Hop flavors and aromas of stone fruit, lime, melon, papaya, and an herbal note. Medium bodied with a low bitterness and a soft finish thanks to the flaked oats. Pours a hazy straw color with a fluffy white head.

Old fashioned ominous

Bouble Brown ale aged for 3 years in Bourbon and Brandy barrels and finished on sweet cherries and orange peel

Double barrel aged for 3 years in barrels from J Carver Distillery. We first rested Ominous in Bourbon barrels for 2 years. Then transferred it into Brandy barrels for another year. After some barrel sampling we immediately thought of an Old Fashioned. So we decided to finish the beer on sweet cherries and sweet orange peel. So a cocktail inspired beer of sorts. Orange, chocolate, brandy, oak, and vanilla aromas. Sweet cherry, oak, bourbon, orange, chocolate and toasted flavors. Medium bodied with a light bitterness and a semi-sweet finish. Pours a dark brown with a brown head.

Winter warmer w/ coconut, cinnamon and vanilla

This comforting ale is made with toasted coconut, Saigon cinnamon, and vanilla bean. Also a dash of malted Kernza that aids in the cinnamon flavor of the beer. Kernza is a perennial grain that has been gaining popularity amongst brewers due to its sustainability.  Flavors and aromas of coconut, caramel, cinnamon, vanilla and toast. Medium bodied with a sweet/warming finish. Pours a clear reddish amber with a brown head. Enjoy it by the fire or while watching the snow fall outside.

2025 Barrel Aged Calamity

Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout

Aged in J. Carver wheated Bourbon Barrels for over a year.

Rich aroma’s of roast, chocolate, coffee, black liquorice, plums, raisins, with subtle vanilla/oak character. Light alcohol on the nose. Deep flavors of roast, coffee, chocolate, black currants, raisin, toffee and moderate bitterness. A pleasant alcohol warming with smooth/pleasant oak tannins. Full bodied. Pours jet black with a brown head.
