Festbier

Golden Oktoberfest Lager

Festbier is the true beverage of choice during Munich’s Oktoberfest. Similar to a Marzen only lighter in color, slightly more bitter, and lighter bodied. A double decoction is used to create a malt forward lager with toast and honey malt flavors, along with a subtle bitterness.

Tippin’ it down

E.s.b. w/ earl grey tea

Balancing chewy malts and herbal hops, an Extra Special Bitter is a British beer style that's ironically low in bitterness & all about drinkability. We infused our version w/ Earl Grey Tea to add spicy and floral notes. A perfect choice for when you can't decide between a cup o' tea or a pint o' bitter.

Grodziskie - Polish oak smoked beer

Polish Style Grodziskie. Packaging manager Tyler’s fist recipe with us. A smoked wheat ale. Brewed with 100% oak smoked wheat malt. Also known as "Polish Champagne". This beer is low in abv with some pleasant pear esters and surprisingly drinkable. Not nearly as smoky as your typical Rauchbier. High carb per the style. Landed at a whopping 3.3% ABV!

Bourbon barrel aged imperial breakfast stout

The 9th installment of the Due Date Series celebrates Nikki and Sabastian’s daughter Aurelia. Aged for 12 months in Bourbon Barrels from J Carver Distillery then finished with grade a very dark maple syrup from Hamel Syrup and cold press concentrate from Peace Coffee, expect a full bodied and complex brew. Aroma’s of roasted coffee, chocolate, vanilla as well as notes of oak and bourbon are blanched with subtle hints of maple syrup and dates. Ari’s cup of Joe is the perfect brunch companion or evening sipper. Full bodied with a sweet and warming finish. Pours a jet black with a brown head. Raise a glass and celebrate the golden moments in life.

Munich Helles

Traditional Bavarian lager

'Helles was invented in Munich by the Spaten brewery in 1895. Aromas of clean, cracker like pilsner malt. Ever so subtle floral/spicy hop aroma. Bready pilsner malt flavor that is clean and slightly sweet, and a soft hop bitterness. Crisp, clean, dry traditional lager character that pours pale straw with a creamy white head and is brilliantly clear or stupid bright! Some will argue that it is the “Perfect Beer”. '

Winter’s Night

Brett Barrel Aged Old Ale

Aged for 3+ years in our resident Tawny Port barrels inoculated with Brettanomyces yeast, this beer boasts notes of cherries, brett funk earthiness, bread crust, sherry, caramel and a pleasant acidity. We brewed a fresh batch to back sweeten the beer prior to packaging to give it a little bit of body and extra depth of character. Medium bodied with a low bitterness and a slightly acidic finish. Pours with a slightly amber haze and a tan head. To quote the famous beer writer Michael Jackson, “it is best to be drunk in half pints by a warm fire on a cold winter’s night”.

Introducing our newest year round Hazy IPA. Brewed with 2 publicly available US hop varieties Vista and Cashmere. Hop flavors and aromas of stone fruit, lime, melon, papaya, and an herbal note. Medium bodied with a low bitterness and a soft finish thanks to the flaked oats. Pours a hazy straw color with a fluffy white head.

Cerveza Clara

There’s a lot of interpretations of Mexican style lager. One key element should be drinkability. A session lager of sorts. Generally brewed with corn. Flaked corn is more popular but we chose to use corn grits which need to be cooked separately before being added to the mash. While cooking grits is much more labor intensive, we feel it gives a little bit more of that corn flavor. Flavors and aromas of corn, cereal, bread crust, and floral hops. Light bodied with a crisp/dry finish. Pours a brilliantly clear pale straw with a light white head

2021 Barrel Aged Calamity

Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout

Aged in J. Carver Bourbon and Single Malt Whiskey Barrels for over a year.

Rich aroma’s of roast, chocolate, coffee, black liquorice, plums, raisins, with subtle vanilla/oak character. Light alcohol on the nose. Deep flavors of roast, coffee, chocolate, black currants, raisin, toffee and moderate bitterness. A pleasant alcohol warming with smooth/pleasant oak tannins. Full bodied. Pours jet black with a brown head.

Pilsano

Italian pils

Popularized by Birrificio Italiano’s Tipopils in Italy, this lager style has gained some momentum in the US. At heart, ours is a German Style Pils but with a twist. It's dry hopped twice during lagering. No, not a 5lb per barrel hop bomb. 2, small dry hop additions for delicate hop flavors and aromas. Honey/cracker malt flavors with a soft/spicy bitterness. Semi-sweet malt and floral, lemon, mint, spicy, herbal hop aromas. Light/medium bodied that finishes dry. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head.
