Please welcome our Maibock back to the taproom, this time pouring at a more seasonally appropriate time. The brewers incorporated a double decoction and long boil creating a full-bodied, malty beer. Aromas of light toasted malt and subtle hop spiciness. Rich, sweet, toasted malt flavor with a light spicy hop finish. Pours a clear deep gold with a white head. This style of lager was first made by brewers in Einbeck Germany, then adopted by Munich brewers. A springtime release after a long lagering period. This robust malty beer is brewed with German Pilsner and Munich malts.
Packaging Sun Pillar, Belgian Blonde, this week. You'll be able to grab a six pack starting next week.

Sun Pillar is back and is just perfect on the patio today. What's different about it this year is that its at a higher carbonation level and pouring on our high pressure lines. Deliciously effervescent.
Even though its warm out you're still able to enjoy malty beers. Munich Dunkel Lager, Coffee Ominous & Irish Cream Ale. 📸 @the_brewduo

We are excited for todays cask! Ominous conditioned on bourbon soaked French oak and vanilla bean. Come get some before its gone.
Hopefully it's a sign of spring that our American Wheat is back on tap. This beer uses Huell Melon hops, which gives this beer a tropical melon (duh) flavor that goes great with the wheat. Grab a pint and hope that warmer weather gets here quick.
Taproom will open tomorrow (March 16) at 11am for those in town for the parade. Make sure to include our Irish Cream Ale, Mythic Mongrel, in your St. Patrick's day "celebrations".
