2023 Calamity slumbered in 7-year bourbon and single malt whiskey barrels from J Carver Distillery exactly 1 year to the day. This year's edition might be our most complex batch to date. Aromas of cocoa, nougat, roast, oak, dark fruits, and vanilla. Flavors of chocolate, molasses, vanilla, marshmallow, and oak. Medium to full bodied with a medium bitterness with a semi-sweet and pleasant warming finish. Pours a jet black with a brown head.
