House made pork carnitas, chicken tinga, seasoned ground beef or seasoned mushrooms. Salsas: mild tomato, medium verde/tomatillo, or spicy serrano pepper.

Set of any three tacos. Topped with sour cream, chihuahua cheese, house-pickled onions, cilantro on La Perla corn tortillas + choice of salsa.

RICE BOWLS

Choice of meat or mushrooms seasoned basmati rice, black beans, Chihuahua cheese, house-pickled onion, lettuce, cilantro, sour cream + choice of salsa.

QUESADILLAS

A 10” La Perla flour tortilla filled with chihuahua cheese and your choice of filling. Served with sour cream + choice of salsa on the side.

NACHOS

Choice of our pork, chicken or ground beef with house made tortilla chips, beer nacho cheese, black beans, house-made pickled onion, cilantro, jalapenos, sour cream & salsa. (Not available at all locations).

SANDWICHES

All sandwiches served with Better Made potato chips.

PORK MELT

Slow roasted pork shoulder with havarti cheese, House-pickled onions, brown mustard, & giardiniera on a pretzel bun.

MUSHROOM MELT

Seasoned roasted mushrooms with havarti cheese, House-pickled onions, sun-dried tomato spread, and giardiniera on a pretzel bun.

ITALIAN BEEF

Hot roast beef, au jus, giardiniera on a Turano sub roll. With or without cheese.

VIENNA BEEF HOT DOG

With ketchup, mustard, relish, onion, and sport peppers.
