Generally served “mit hefe” or with yeast to get the full character of this specific yeast strain. Aroma’s of banana, bready wheat, light clove, and bubblegum. Flavor’s of banana, bready/sweet pilsner malt, light clove, and a subtle tartness. Medium bodied, low bitterness with a sweet finish and effervescent sparkle. Pours a hazy yellow with a rocky white head.
