WE USE A UNIQUE HOPPING TECHNIQUE CALLED “DIP HOPPING”. WE TAKE STERILE WORT FROM THE BOIL, COOL IT AND CREATE A HOP TEA IN THE FERMENTER PRIOR TO FERMENTATION. LOADS OF PINEAPPLE, CREAMSICLE, PAPAYA, AND MELLOW MALT AROMAS. FLAVORS OF CREAMY OATS ALONG WITH TROPICAL FRUIT. POURS A HAZY DARK YELLOW WITH A WHITE HEAD.
