Inspired by the beers the Trappist brewers in Belgium may drink after a day of brewing high gravity Tripel or Quad. This is the ultimate lawnmower beer. Dry hopped with a healthy dose of Hallertau Mittelfrueh hops. Aroma’s of floral/perfume hops, hay, and subtle notes of clove. Cracker malt, and floral/lemon hop flavors. Light bodied, light bitterness, and finishes dry. Pours a hazy straw and white head.
