Hefe “with yeast” Weizen “wheat” Originated in the southern part of Germany and brewed with at least 50% wheat malt. Aroma’s of banana, bready wheat, light clove, and bubblegum. Flavor’s of banana, bready/sweet pilsner malt, light clove, and a subtle tartness. Medium bodied, low bitterness with a sweet finish and effervescent sparkle. Pours a hazy yellow with a rocky white head.
