A little on the truck...
Stories Foundation owns it and runs it with the mission fighting human trafficking through sales of the truck. Everything is by donation and the money raised every time we bring the truck out to serve goes into a fund that is granted out to other nonprofits around Minnesota doing anti-trafficking work. 

We serve falafels and pulled chicken in either a wrap or salad style with a variety of toppings and housemade sauces. Everything is dairy free and can be made vegetarian and gluten free upon request.
