This beer is a fine example of what the Climate Change Series is all about! We took the malt and hop recipe for Ominous and started our brew day. After collecting the sugary prefermented beer in the kettle and heating it up to make sure to pasteurize the liquid. We added some Lacto and allowed the "Ominous" to get to the desired sourness.
After a few days we finished the brew process and fermented it with a Belgian strain of yeast creating our first sour beer ever.
