Our 100th batch replicates our 1st batch we brewed in our St. Paul taproom. Batch 100 SMaSH is brewed with Two Track Okefenokee Pale Ale Malt & Mighty Axe whole leaf Cascade hops.

Light bodied, unfiltered American Pale Ale. Biscuit/cracker/grainy malt flavors and a light/soft bitterness. Floral/Melon hop aroma. Melon/Lemon hop flavors. Pours slightly hazy/light golden with a white head.
