Brett Barrel Aged Old Ale
Aged for 3+ years in our resident Tawny Port barrels inoculated with Brettanomyces yeast, this beer boasts notes of cherries, brett funk earthiness, bread crust, sherry, caramel and a pleasant acidity. We brewed a fresh batch to back sweeten the beer prior to packaging to give it a little bit of body and extra depth of character. Medium bodied with a low bitterness and a slightly acidic finish. Pours with a slightly amber haze and a tan head. To quote the famous beer writer Michael Jackson, “it is best to be drunk in half pints by a warm fire on a cold winter’s night”.

Coffee Pale Ale Collab w/ Dual Citizen & Dogwood Coffee
Collaboration Pale Ale with Dual Citizen Brewing Company and Dogwood Coffee. This Pale Ale is brewed with a generous amount of enriched Cascade and Vera Hops for a blend of citrus and tropical flavors and aromas. Columbian sourced beans that were co-fermented with pineapple for a little extra tropical twist. Light bodied with medium finish that finishes dry. Pours a clear pale straw with a white head.

10-year anniversary Double IPA
10 year anniversary double IPA celebrating what we loved about hoppy beers when we got into brewing. Utilizing all kinds of hop products from bittering and aroma extracts to enriched cryo pellets. This beer has a clean and assertive bitterness. Resiny, piney, citrus, tropical, and dank hop aromas and flavors. Subtle cracker malt. Medium bodied with a resiny finish. Pours light gold with a subtle haze and an off white head.

Pioneer Press Treasure Hunt
Winter warmer w/ coconut, cinnamon and vanilla
This comforting ale is made with toasted coconut, Saigon cinnamon, and vanilla bean. Also a dash of malted Kernza that aids in the cinnamon flavor of the beer. Kernza is a perennial grain that has been gaining popularity amongst brewers due to its sustainability. Flavors and aromas of coconut, caramel, cinnamon, vanilla and toast. Medium bodied with a sweet/warming finish. Pours a clear reddish amber with a brown head. Enjoy it by the fire or while watching the snow fall outside.

Triple Berry Sour Ale
A tart, kettle-soured ale featuring Raspberries, Blackberries & Boysenberries. Jammy notes of berries and plums blend with floral aromas, offering a refreshing balance of sweet and sour. Light-bodied with a low bitterness. Pours a hazy dark pink.

E.s.b. w/ earl grey tea
Balancing chewy malts and herbal hops, an Extra Special Bitter is a British beer style that's ironically low in bitterness & all about drinkability. We infused our version w/ Earl Grey Tea to add spicy and floral notes. A perfect choice for when you can't decide between a cup o' tea or a pint o' bitter.

MYTHIC MONGREL
IRISH CREAM ALE
Inspired by the Irish cryptid Dobhar-chú, a mythical crossbreed of hound and otter thatʼs believed to roam the isles of Ireland, this Irish cream ale recipe miraculously balances sweet caramel and toasted biscuit malt with tantalizing fruit aromas. Complete with a floral hop finish, you can expect to see more sightings of this ancient Irish favorite right in your own neighborhood.

Premium Czech Pale Lager
Inspired by the famous beers from Pilsen, this Premium Czech lager was brewed around a base pilsner malt called Super Pevek from Troubadour Maltings out of Fort Collins, Colorado. Triple decocted and boiled for 2 hours. Moderate bready/grainy malt character, floral/spicy hops and just a hint of caramel. Medium bodied with a moderate bitterness that has a lingering malty finish. Pours a clear, deep gold with a white head.

Wayfinder Brewing calls this style “Wester than West Coast” IPA. Who are we to argue with the ones that invented this new style? Fermented cold with ale yeast to keep esters at a minimum. This beer is all about big hop aroma and bitterness. Aroma’s of grapefruit, tropical fruit, pine, and a little dankness. Flavors of resiny pine, grapefruit, and tropical fruit. Light bodied with an assertive bitterness that finishes dry and crisp. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head.

Introducing our newest year round Hazy IPA. Brewed with 2 publicly available US hop varieties Vista and Cashmere. Hop flavors and aromas of stone fruit, lime, melon, papaya, and an herbal note. Medium bodied with a low bitterness and a soft finish thanks to the flaked oats. Pours a hazy straw color with a fluffy white head.
