On Thursday, Nitro Mammatus Milk Stout will be back at the taproom (and out in the market next week).

The Mammatus cloud pattern is named for it's resemblance to mammary glands and thus it's a perfect name for a milk stout from a weather themed brewery.

This is essentially the base of a sweet stout with the addition of lactose. Aroma’s of chocolate, coffee, and light roast. Flavors of chocolate, roast, with a creamy sweetness. The addition of Lactose sugar gives this beer a sweet, creamy finish. Medium bodied. Pours a midnight black with an off brown head.
