Aged for 12 months in Bourbon Barrels from J Carver Distillery then finished with grade a very dark maple syrup from Hamel Syrup and cold press concentrate from Peace Coffee, expect a full bodied and complex brew. Aroma’s of roasted coffee, chocolate, vanilla as well as notes of oak and bourbon are blanched with subtle hints of maple syrup and dates.
